That was the first expression I learned when I was in Davao. It means, "Sobrang init!" which was kind of true. Except for having an aircon in our room. Boo for the guys. Hehe.
A month has passed and I can still feel Davao's atmosphere, its relaxing feeling that made me feel safe even though I was miles away from my parents.

Going out of town is exciting especially when its your first time to ride on a plane in order to get there. And oh, thank you to Julian Chu for telling everyone that I'm a first timer!

Chewing a gum while on the plane is very advisable because I tell you, when the plane's about to land, you would want to scream because your head is about to explode. Hahaha.

To be honest, it was only in Davao when I had a very serious quiet time, where we get to pray for each other and share our stories. It was fun having a glimpse of the life of your co-NavKid :)

I remember when Aio and I shared the 'status' of our Christian lives. I said that it was incomplete because of school and I hope that I'll be on the right track when college comes because it's more dangerous. I prayed for her and she did the same for me.

Hiking was.. very tiring! I envy Ate Sarah for being just relaxed to think that we walked for about 2 hours, I think. Maybe it was because of her, being a ballet dancer. Hahaha :D

Being in the NK Conference made me a better person. I saw a lot of things, good things to come when I'll follow Jesus Christ. It made me trust in Him, crave for Him. It made me interested in gaining more Christian friends. Because having them makes me say, "I'm safe." Though having 'dirty' jokes and laughtrips are inevitable, still, we have the same beliefs about God, our Saviour. That's when I decided that I'll offer my life to Him and give my all ;)

Now I love Hillsongs more because of that conference.
